NC (August 19, 2004) - Kennedy Krieger Institute, an internationally
recognized facility dedicated to improving the lives of
children and adolescents with pediatric developmental disabilities,
has recently started implementation of Verian Technologies'
ProcureIT a web-based spend management software solution.
ProcureIT will give Kennedy Krieger significantly greater
control over purchasing, expenses, and invoices processing across the organization. Kennedy Krieger employs over 2,000
people in 40 outpatient clinics, hospital, school and research
facilities.
Kennedy
Krieger receives millions of dollars each year from the
federal government. Due to this, Kennedy Krieger has to
carefully track all purchasing, manage all organizational
assets, and comply with several governmental regulations
- or risk being audited and losing millions of dollars in
funding. Using ProcureIT, Kennedy Krieger will be

vendors. Kennedy Krieger expects to save at least $1
