Tehseen Ali Dahya shapes the vision and strategy of Verian Technologies. His singular passion for customer success is the engine that drives Verian forward. He has spent almost two decades working in the supply chain, wholesale distribution, healthcare GPO and purchase-to-pay arenas.
Because of his extensive knowledge and industry experience, Tehseen is a sought-after expert and thought leader in the purchase-to-pay space. He has been a presenter at industry events such as ePurchasing Week, Supply Chain Expo, iSource, and many others.
Tehseen has an engineering degree from Queen’s University in Canada and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
Bilal Soylu
Chief Technology Officer
Bilal Soylu directs Verian’s technology innovation to maximize the value of our intelligent solutions. His product innovations have kept Verian on the leading edge of intelligent purchase-to-pay solutions for over a decade.
An active leader in industry-wide technology initiatives, Bilal is commonly regarded as a supply chain visionary. For his efforts over the last decade, he has been recognized as a “Professional to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.
Bilal earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
Eric Wilson
Vice President of Client Services
Eric uses a customer-centric philosophy and tireless work ethic to implement Verian’s intelligent purchase-to-pay solutions into organizations across North America. Along the way, Eric has fostered long-term strategic relationships with our customers.
Eric brings over 12 years of experience leading strategic enterprise system implementations. Prior to joining Verian Technologies, Eric was responsible for the client services area of a leading mid-market ERP consulting organization, ensuring client success on systems ranging from purchase-to-pay to core accounting processes.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mark Schaffner
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mark Schaffner is responsible for exploring new markets, driving strategic marketing initiatives and shaping Verian’s brand.
Mark brings significant expertise in building and growing sales organizations in the business software industry. A respected business leader in the region, Mark spent over a decade as the CEO of a technology consulting firm – providing sales, marketing and leadership guidance to a host of firms.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Tommy Benston
Client Executive & Director of Business Partnerships
Tommy Benston plays a key role in Verian’s customer success efforts and works with channel partners to deliver additional value to their clients through Verian-powered technology.
Tommy has nearly 15 years of business-software experience to Verian, including a management role with Blackbaud, a publicly-traded software company with more than 20,000 customers.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Furman University and completed graduate studies at the University of South Carolina.
Pavan Singaraju
Director of Engineering
Pavan Singaraju leads the development and implementation of Verian’s technology strategy and product roadmap.
Pavan brings more than 12 years of experience in software research and development from leading companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Dassault Systemes. Pavan managed partners in the U.S. and India to develop, deliver, and support innovative products and solutions.
He earned undergraduate and master’s degrees from Osmania University in India and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Bhavin Shah
Director of Product Strategy
Bhavin Shah drives Verian’s product strategy for our intelligent suite of purchase-to-pay solutions.
Bhavin uses a decade of experience in software development and customer implementations to bring fresh, new, innovative features and functionality to Verian’s intelligent suite of purchase-to-pay solutions.
Bhavin earned a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Bombay, India and a master’s in computer engineering from the University of South Carolina.
Mike Yessa
Controller and Director of Finance
Mike Yessa oversees the day-to-day financial and administrative operations at Verian.
He brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance to his role, which includes contract reviews, financial record keeping and employee benefit packages.
He holds and bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bob Jones University and completed the Management Development Program of the Harvard Business School.
