History

Verian Technologies' was founded in 1995 as a consultancy helping healthcare organizations streamline their procurement processes. In 1997, the company developed and began selling ProcureIt, its flagship e-procurement software product, and has evolved into the leading provider of Purchase-to-Pay and Invoice Automation technology solutions for mid-sized and large organizations.

Executives

Tehseen Ali, President & Chief Executive Officer, has spent the last decade working with organizations to develop and implement solutions that reduce costs associated with all aspects of organizational spend. Tehseen's extensive understanding of the purchasing industry has benefited some of the leading organizations in the US and Canada, saving them millions of dollars each year.
Patrick Curry, Executive Vice President of Sales, has over 15 years experience leading sales organizations and selling enterprise software and consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies. With experience in diverse industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, oil & gas and high tech, he brings to Verian a history of results in driving corporate growth to maximize stakeholder value. Patrick's early career was spent in Finance and Accounting, which gives him a keen understanding of controls and processes within Finance, Accounts Payable and Purchasing.
Eric Wilson, Vice President of Client Services, has a strong track record of working successfully with clients to implement enterprise-level software that enables them to meet their organizational objectives. Eric spends his time fostering long-term strategic relationships with our clients, delivering on client commitments, and building a strong Professional Services organization within Verian.
Bilal Soylu, Chief Technology Officer, directs technology innovation. His mission is for Verian solutions to provide customers with a distinct competitive advantage. Bilal is an active leader in industry-wide technology initiatives and is commonly regarded as a supply-chain technology visionary.
Tommy Benston, Director of Marketing & Business Partnerships, oversees all corporate marketing activities, including market strategy, lead generation, communications and branding. He also works with channel partners who deliver additional value to their clients through Verian-powered technology. Tommy brings more than a decade of business-software experience to his role.
Bhavin Shah, Director of Product Stategy, is responsible for driving the company's product strategy for current solutions, as well as researching and developing solutions for new markets. Bhavin's 11 years of experience in software development and customer implementations gives him a unique background for developing new features and products for Verian's customers.
Jatin Kamat, Director of Engineering, leads the research and development team at Verian. With over 12 years of experience, Jatin oversees the development of new functionality, quality assurance testing, and product code management.
Mike Yessa, Controller and Director of Finance, is charged with overseeing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations at Verian. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance to his role, which includes contract reviews, financial record keeping and employee benefit packages.
