Tehseen Ali Dahya
President & Chief Executive Officer
Tehseen’s singular passion for customer success is the engine that drives Verian. The business is built on his clear understanding that every customer has their own set of unique challenges and requires an affordable solution that can address them.
To deliver a single software suite capable on meeting diverse needs, Tehseen led the development of one of the most flexible and broad purchase-to-pay systems available today – helping customers of all sizes and industries get exactly what they need.
Tehseen has spent almost two decades working in the supply chain, wholesale distribution, healthcare GPO and purchase-to-pay arenas. Because of his extensive knowledge and industry experience, Tehseen is a sought-after expert and thought leader. He has been a presenter at industry events such as ePurchasing Week, Supply Chain Expo, iSource, and many others.
Tehseen has an engineering degree from Queen’s University in Canada and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
Bilal Soylu
Chief Technology Officer
Bilal drives technology innovation at Verian. Bilal was a pioneer in the use of Web-based technology to deploy enterprise applications. He continues his revolutionary use of technology by architecting a suite of easy-to-use, flexible and reliable spend management solutions that can be deployed on-premises, in a private-hosted environment or in the cloud.
An active leader in technology initiatives, Bilal is commonly regarded as a supply chain visionary. For his efforts over the last decade, he has been recognized as a “Professional to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.
Bilal earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
Eric Wilson
Vice President of Operations
Eric leads the Verian services team in the delivery of successful software solutions to our customers. Eric’s process-oriented approach and commitment to world-class service ensures all our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Prior to joining Verian, Eric was responsible for the client services delivery of a leading mid-market ERP consulting organization, ensuring client success on systems ranging from purchase-to-pay to core accounting processes.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Chad Bruffey
Vice President of Sales
Chad leads the growth of Verian’s expanding portfolio of customers. He and his team use a deep understanding of client challenges and the purchase-to-pay arena to help customers build business cases for their solution projects.
A dynamic, results-oriented sales and management professional, Chad brings over 15 years of demonstrated success driving sales growth to Verian, including senior sales management positions at Kofax and EMC Corporation.
Chad earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Mark Schaffner
Vice President of Marketing
Mark is responsible for articulating the unique value of Verian’s platform of spend management systems.
Mark’s background includes a decade of helping medium and large organizations understand how to use technology to increase efficiency, reduce costs and gain financial visibility. Mark’s accruement was honed during tenures as COO and CEO of technology companies.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
