Verian Technologies helps midsize and large organizations reduce costs, gain organizational control over spending and improve regulatory compliance through implementation of their Purchase-to-Pay and Invoice Automation suites that include software modules for invoice management, e-procurement, expense reimbursement management and asset management. Verian is headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
History
Verian Technologies’ was founded in 1997 as a consultancy helping healthcare organizations streamline their procurement processes. In 1998, the company developed and began selling ProcureIt, its flagship e-procurement software product, and has evolved into the leading provider of Purchase-to-Pay and Invoice Automation technology solutions for mid-sized and large organizations.
Executives
- Tehseen Ali Dahya, President & Chief Executive Officer, has spent the last decade working with organizations to develop and implement solutions that reduce costs associated with all aspects of organizational spend. Tehseen’s extensive understanding of the purchasing industry has benefited some of the leading organizations in the US and Canada, saving them millions of dollars each year.
- Eric Wilson, Vice President of Client Services,has a strong track record of working successfully with clients to implement enterprise-level software that enables them to meet their organizational objectives. Eric spends his time fostering long-term strategic relationships with our clients, delivering on client commitments, and building a strong Professional Services organization within Verian.
- Bilal Soylu, Chief Technology Officer, directs technology innovation. His mission is for Verian solutions to provide customers with a distinct competitive advantage. Bilal is an active leader in industry-wide technology initiatives and is commonly regarded as a supply-chain technology visionary.
- Tommy Benston, Director of Marketing & Business Partnerships, oversees all corporate marketing activities, including market strategy, lead generation, communications and branding. He also works with channel partners who deliver additional value to their clients through Verian-powered technology. Tommy brings nearly 15 years of business-software experience to his role.
- Pavan Singaraju, Director of Engineering, is charged with implementing Verian’s technology strategy and product roadmap. Pavan brings more than 12 years of experience in software R&D from leading companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Dassault Systemes. He earned undergraduate and Master’s degrees from universities in India and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
- Bhavin Shah, Director of Product Strategy, is responsible for driving the company’s product strategy for current solutions, as well as researching and developing solutions for new markets. Bhavin’s 11 years of experience in software development and customer implementations gives him a unique background for developing new features and products for Verian’s customers.
- Mike Yessa, Controller and Director of Finance,is charged with overseeing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations at Verian. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance to his role, which includes contract reviews, financial record keeping and employee benefit packages.

Most clients earn between $100 million and $3 billion in revenue. Primary vertical markets include: banking, insurance, retail, industrial services, oil & gas, professional services and healthcare. Representative clients include: Boeing, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada, The Main Street America Group, Philips-Van Heusen, GNC, RadNet, and REI.
