
Because we understand the importance of user adoption, we offer several levels of training to all our customers:
End User Training – basic entry-level training that introduces end users to the features and functionality that they will use every day. Users take a certification exam at the end of the training.
Power User Training – advanced training for experienced users who are looking for new ways to gain efficiencies and/or need to know how to assemble and interpret system data.
Train the Trainer – very detailed content including system administration, functionality and interrelationships. The Verian trainer will also assist with the design and creation of training materials and offer suggestions on how to best conduct training sessions. A certification exam will be administered at the end of the training.
Report Usage and Analysis – familiarizes users with the types of information gathered by the system, system functionality and interaction with their company’s business workflow processes. This service also introduces the user to standard system reports and how to use the custom report tool.
Executive Training – designed for one-on-one interaction, this level incorporates much of the training described in the Report Usage and Analysis section, but is geared toward the needs of an executive.
