This service provides assurance and peace of mind that all calls to our Customer Care/Support line will be addressed with an eye on your company’s unique view of the Verian product suite. In addition to supporting the core product, all custom bolt-ons, enhancements, interfaces and stand-alone solutions developed by Verian Technologies will be supported. We offer support via phone and the Internet, and an after-hours service option is also available.
