The Verian Implementation Practice Group prides itself in ensuring that our customers’ experience with the Verian product suite is a journey and not a destination. Our implementation methodology actually begins during customers’ software selection process. We gain an in-depth understanding of organizational needs and begin to craft a custom implementation schedule.

Once we have acquired this foundation of knowledge, we start to educate, probe, question, and challenge using our accumulated knowledge from previous implementations and industry best practices. The culmination of this investment of time and energy is a detailed roadmap of who, how, and when activities will be done that lead up to that ultimate day — the GO LIVE day!
